- The user agreement between a user/subscriber and Conviction will be treated as having been terminated in the following events: ( i ) On completion of the term for which the user/subscriber engages the services of the website; or ( ii ) In case the user/subscriber violates any of the conditions of this agreement or any other agreement entered into by him with Conviction, however, such termination will be at the option and discretion of Conviction or ( iii )On writing and on such terms as agreed to by the parties mutually.

- Subscriber shall retain or process shared Personal Data for no longer than is necessary to carry out the agreed purposes.
- Subscriber shall act as an independent Data Controller in respect of shared personal data obtained from the Company once the data is collected by You and You shall be responsible for its secure use at all times.
- Classified Job listing

REFERENCE BENEFITS AND CLAIMS
- Conviction Job Search shall render/avail reference benefits to its member/subscriber, subject to such reference having availed job/work using Conviction and subject to confirmation of Conviction of the reference of Member/subscriber having availed benefits from Conviction, which shall be in sole and exclusive discretion of Conviction, wherefore, the Member/Subscriber expressly agrees, undertakes to not to raise any claim for benefit without confirmation of Conviction.
- Conviction having offered any benefit in form of any voucher or otherwise, it shall be obligatory for such member/subscriber to claim and receive such benefit within granted limited period of time, as may be granted by Conviction, wherefore, the Member/subscriber expressly agrees, undertakes and confirms that after elapse of granted period, the member/subscriber shall have no right to claim or receive from Conviction such benefit for reference.
- Conviction shall have exclusive discretion to determine availing of benefit to its member/subscriber for having given reference to such other member/subscriber being approached by Conviction for availing any job opportunity, in absence whereof, the member/subscriber shall have no right to claim or receive any benefit from Conviction, even if recorded/represented by conviction.
- Member/Subscriber of Conviction shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against conviction and shall have no right to initiate any proceeding or claim against conviction for not having availed any voucher, coupon or benefit for having availed any further reference of any potential candidate suitable for any opportunity displayed by Conviction, unless the recorded benefit being confirmed or availed by Conviction to such member/subscriber and such member/subscriber having claimed such benefit in the given period of time.
